Tuesdays

According to my uber-organization schedule (har har) Tuesdays and Fridays are bread-making days. This serves two purposes... well, three. #1, it keeps us "in bread" so we don't have to run to Walmart quiiite so often :P #2, it's an outlet for my occasional obsessive need to make something and to get my hands "dirty" so to speak (I love kneading dough :P ) and #3 it gives me something useful to do so I don't have to feel like such a bum ;) haa haa! :P j/k :D
Here's my unique "bread-making" face

Zeee lovely dough (I forgot what I was doing and doubled the recipe :P Oh well)

After I'd been loafin' :P (unfortunately we only have 3 bread pans, so the 4th loaf had to go on a cookie sheet... kinda French-bread-style :P

And zeeee finished product! Bon apetit!

sorry, no pics of me consuming all four loaves at once... you don't wanna see that ;) j/k! :P

Oh, yummy! That looks like Really Tasty Bread :D . Baking bread is so fun. When I taught my friend to make bread, she said that it seemed like a good way to relieve anger (kneading ;) ).
